We invite you to participate in a novel experience: pairing of sweets and wine. Usually just reserved for sparkling wines. But based on the biochemical components of cakes and wines you can reach a good pairing.
Cakes will be paired with white, rosé, black and sparkling wine.
The cakes will be prepared for Narez and Quart who will present them at the tasting. The wines will be commented by sommelier Dani Arias.
